Garden Wedding!

Not only did Sandra want us to her bridal shower but she has asked us to do her wedding cake. She decided to stick with the garden theme. I made an organic carrot and nut cake with a orange butter cream filling and cream cheese frosting. I used orange gum paste flowers as well as sugar pears to decorate the cake within the theme. She was thrilled with the results!

Garden Bridal Shower

During the spring one of our more popular bridal shower themes is our garden party theme.
Set out doors we supply drinks like fruit flavored iced teas, coffee and lemon aid. Our best seller is the cupcake bouquet. We have a wide range of flowers and colors you can choose from to best fit your theme.

Luau Bachelorette Party!

We recently had the pleasure of doing our Luau themed parties. Thanks to the weather warming up we got to do it outside! For this particular party you can get a great tropical cake (or cupcakes) as well as a fun hula contest (skirts and coconut bras provided) and many more fun games for you and all the ladies to enjoy.
We had a enjoyable night with camp fires, fresh fruit, great games and jungle juice :)

Gluten Free Guest!

We found out last minute that one of the guests at Marys bridal shower has a gluten allergy so we need to change our classic brownie recipe to a gluten free one very quickly!
Luckily we haven't started to make them yet so here's what we will do:

instead of wheat flour we will use rice flour, potato four and tapioca flour
and replacing baking powder with xanthan gum.
The texture content will still be the same and Mary will still get the super tasty brownies she asked for!

Bridal Shower Candies

Our good friend Shelly asked us to make our finest batch of peanut butter chocolates for her bridal shower.
We made a large batch of our small and large heart shaped chocolates to celebrate with the soon to be bride and all her guests.
